Who IS the idiot making these videos, and whose side is he on? "Doing drugs"? The first part of the decision he read, the county's argument, indicated that the alleged evildoer was charged with (and pled guilty to) criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.

I don't know how many degrees of criminal possession New York has, but my guess is that seventh degree possession (not possession with intent to sell) doesn't put him quite on a par with even the smaller of the Mexican cartels. More likely, he was found to have one roach in his pocket. The county should reassess its priorities. Trying to revoke someone's target shooting permit (not even a carry permit) over a roach is a blatant waste of public resources.
