Is that a blog or what? I see links to sources but I don't see his facts that he based his opinion on. I think it's a stretch to take sales data and then spin that to say the government is "supplying" the cartels.

It is my understanding the cartels have infiltrated the Mexican military and they are stealing them with help from the people who are paid off........

Who are the DCS sales being sold to?

My understanding is that DCS sales are only permitted to be exported to governmental entities?!?!?!

For instance, Barrett can sell a 50 cal to an approved government but that is it. He can't sell them to just any foreign company he chooses......
