Slovak security test ends with explosives on plane

How would you like if they arrested you when you were abroad, and then you found out they secretely put a bomb or something else in your baggage as some security test and you didn't even know about it.

We had a blunt way of describing this kind of major goof up in the service but I can't repeat it here. As far as the innocent passenger is concerned, I am thinking of false arrest, entrapment, reckless endangerment, and gross negligence to start with but since it was caused by a government entity, there is probably no recourse.
