A Seattle attorney has filed a law suite against the Seattle gun ban in city parks and city property. The Seattle mayor contends that the city is a property owner and as such has the right to ban firearms as a condition of using the city property or facility.

I believe SAF's Alan Gottlieb has also filed suit against some libraries in northern WA for blocking firearms related sites from their tax-funded computers. I'll bet they don't block access to anti anti-rights sites, only the pro-rights ones.
