NJ - Appeals Court-No Right to Buy a Handgun

A New Jersey Appeals Court upheld a state law that says no one may possess any handgun without obtaining law enforcement approval and a permit before hand. The three judge panel concluded that the Heller decision "has no impact on the constitutionality of" the state law. If the US Supreme Court does not incorporate the 2nd Amendment next year I may have to find a patch of ground or a little island that is not claimed by any one, raise my own flag and apply to the US for foreign aid. The most toxic land fills or the most lawyers. Sounds like they should have taken the landfill. Yeah, the SCOTUS just MAY ride to the rescue but as soon as they do some legislator will try to find a way to skirt the decision. :p
