A 73 year old man may face eviction because the lease provision residents are required to sign has a povision that bans gun ownership (no firearms in the public housing units). The resident has filed suite. Interesting to see how this turns out. Read about it here.

This is NOT 1968 when our rights would be assumed to be anachronistic and could be trampled with impunity. There has been a sea change and those who would "manage" us have yet to admit that. Keep us informed.
