The News Tribune newspaper in Jefferson City, Mo. published an opinion article in which they acknowledged that they were wrong. They said they were concerned about concealed carry and the possibility of more guns in public causing more accidents and more gun play. They gave two examples of people defending themselves with firearms and admitted that all of the evidence shows that they were wrong and that concealed carry is actually a deterrent to crime. Saw this on NRA-ILA. The link is direct to the story.

What's stunning is that an establishment that held an anti-rights position figured out they were wrong, changed their mind, and admitted it publicly! In other news, stay inside today as much as possible as there have been reports of airborne swine!
