Assembly Bill 962 amended but is still totally unacceptable. This bill still requires that individuals purchasing ammunition be fingerprinted at the time of sale, that those records be retained by the retailer and made available to the Justice Department, and bans all mail order ammunition sales. There are other provisions as well. This bill could be voted on very quickly.

Wow, just wow! "The people get the government they deserve"...

I have always said that this is the back door way of hurting 2a rights that they will exploit. Finger prints to buy ammo?!?!?

What is this supposed to accomplish?

Ammunition retailers would still have to store ammunition in such a manner that it would be inaccessible to purchasers

Is it so it wont tempt criminals to steal it? :nono:

Would it be considered adequate to simply display a finger when purchasing in lieu of being printed?
