The British Medical Association is considering tagging the medical records of anyone having a firearms license. That will be the next

I'm glad to see both sides of the story covered.

I believe that in a short period of time that their will be a ebb back towards the rights of the citizen. One can hope anyway...

Considering the letter signed by Democrat Congressman to Eric Holder indicating their refusal to support any attempt to reimpose any type of "assault" weapons ban and the failure of many other attempts at gun control over the past year, that ebb back towards the rights of citizens may have already begun. That does not mean that we, as gun owners, can let down our guard or become complacent. Far from it.

Not completely, I believe shotguns and certain hunting rifles are still legal. The Brits have a long tradition of shotguns and shooting sports... Pretty soon they will be having to ban knives...

Every once in a while I'll try to make the point that 40-50 years ago we had a LOT more liberty in this country. I am right of course but some faux intellectual will always throw Jim Crow or the Red Scare up to imply that we are freer now than then. What claptrap!! 30 years ago I could buy a CVA muzzleloader and carry it home on a city bus for God's sake!
Now the same thing would bring out a SWAT team.
