Yeah, I talked about that here, along with the New York case involving the 72-year old guy who shot four robbers the other day, killing two of them.

This brings to mind the Bernhard Goetz incident in NY in the 80’s. A state where law abiding citizens are denied the right to self protection and criminals have no problem arming themselves. What really gets me is that if a criminal is captured perpetrating a crime with a gun, there is no additional penalty attached to the crime. I guess New Yorkers need to walk around with 12 gage shotguns, 18 inch barrel and folding stocks.
