It is of major importance that everyone who may utilize a firearm for self defense be fully aware of the Laws, Rules and Regulations of the jurisdiction that you are in, or may be traveling in.

One must also be aware of local rules and regulations that impact on the carrying and use of firearms. And that there is a differance in the manner in which county prosecutors view certain aspects of the law, even within the same State.
It is all a bit confusing! IMHO: And note that it is an opinion. If you legally armed and in immediate danger of death or severe bodily injury, to yourself or an innocent party, that you bear some responsibility for. And there is no other means to avoid using deadly force. It will be very difficult for a prosecutor to overcome your natural right to protect yourself.
