Though I believe there is no excuse for gun violence and this is another event in a long list of tragedys that should of never happened.
At least the law makers understand the criminals need to be prosecuted.

I just saw that article. It is great news. Even more amazing is that it comes from the 9th Circuit, which is often referred to as the "9th Circus" because some of its decisions are so amazing and so comical.

To bad it didn't come 10 years earlier...

I think we should start blaming the car companies for the deaths caused by automobiles in DUI's, the knife companies in stabbing deaths, the toothbrush companies for deaths by shanking, the drug makers for making pain killers that "people"kill themselves with, the tie companies for deaths by strangulations, the baseball bat companies for deaths by blunt force trauma, God for deaths by drownings etc, etc... :butthead: :butthead:

Exactly! If you followed the earlier logic, then where does the blame end? It was like all those rollover incidents back 10 years ago or so. People blamed Ford. Ford blamed Firestone. No one wanted to say "Hey, the person driving the vehicle was operating it in an unsafe manner to begin with!". Don't blame the actual person committing the incident. No. Blame everyone and everything else.

Nice to see a dose of Common Sense for a change.
