A bill by state Rep. Leo Berman exempting Texas-made firearms, gun accessories and ammunition sold within the state from federal regulation and law -- including registration -- was heard in a House committee on Monday, 27 April.

Don't know Patrick..I can only report on what the Texas State Rifle Assn. sends me..

I'm an ole pessimist...Lord help us when the Legislators are in session... :)
