The same as we read and hear, with one exception - they both agreed that the USA does not enforce the laws were currently have.

We don't need one new law; we in enforcement and mandatory sentences - not in fancy prisons but the old fashion chain gangs and work camps of past days. When you make a criminal do hard time they sometimes learn not to do it again. For those that don't, they can stay in the work camp for the rest of their natural (or un-natural) life.
